All customer concerns can go to /qa/ board. Please leave an order number identifier and we will get in contact via your email supplied with the order.

Shipping and Production Time

We use an on demand production service which creates orders as they occur. It takes about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. At which point they will be shipped and shipping time will be based on shipping purchased. If you’ve chose a shipping with tracking, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Returns and Exchanges

Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We may ask for additional information including photographs to determine the source of the issue.

At this time exchanges without defect are not possible. Issues such as sizing or dissatisfaction and changing your mind are non refundable. Please see our Sizing Chart to fully ensure you find a size that fits before purchase.
